രണ്ടു ദിവസ്സം മുന്പ് ഏഷ്യാനെറ്റ് ടീവിയിലെ FIR എന്ന പരിപാടി ഞാന് കാണാന് ഇടയായി. ഒരു കൊച്ചു ബാലനെ ക്രൂരമായി പീഡിപ്പിച്ചു കൊന്നിട്ട വാര്ത്തയാണ് അതില് കാണിച്ചിരുന്നത്. നഗ്നമായി കിടന്നിരുന്ന ആ മൃത ശരീരം എടുത്തെടുത്തു ടീവി ക്യാമറ ആ പരിപാടിയില് ഉദാ നീളം കാണിക്കുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു? ആ സാധു കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ വേദന ആര് മനസ്സിലാക്കി? ആ ഭാഗങ്ങള് ഒന്നു വികലമായി (blurd) പ്രക്ഷേപണം ചെയ്യാമായിരുന്നില്ലേ ?
ഇതൊക്കെ നിയന്ത്രിക്കാനും ശ്രദ്ധിക്കാനും ആര്ക്കു നേരം?
