News Update: Mystery shopper app to rate govt services launched in UAE
A phone app that lets UAE residents evaluate government services has been launched, it was announced on Monday. The UAE Mystery Shopper app is available in eight languages: Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi, Spanish, Chinese, French and Russian to cater to the needs of customers from different nationalities in the country.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, took to social media to announce the app’s launch.
