I was pleasantly surprised to see on top of the first page of today's Gulf News ,your photo of the damaged bus shelter ..and a clear message inside as the community report.
It is indeed a praiseworthy effort to bring to the attention of the public as well as the concerned authorities such matters of public interest.
I am sure the Dubai and Abu Dhabi Government departments must be waiting for your valuable comments and advice to improve the facilities and it is quite encouraging that they do take appropriate action, in many cases, which again is the result of your continuous quest for quality in every walk of life and also your sincere efforts towards spreading the message.
